Where was he stationed for AIT?

 Aberdeen Proving Grounds ,Maryland

 

How long was his AIT?

Approximately 4 months

 

What was his training like? Normal schedule? Did he train on weekends? Late at night? Classroom or field based?

He trained normal. He did late nights as well. Field work was towards the very end. He sometimes trained on weekends but that was very rare.

 

Did you get to see him during AIT?

 No

 

How often were you able to communicate with him? By phone? Email?

Almost daily by phone. E-mail was not an option. I guess it depends on how that unit is ran and what privileges they get.

 

Describe the graduation ceremony.

Was not able to attend

 

Any other tips or information?

Trust your man. Just tell him its almost over and just to play nice with everyone
